4 weeks post show! Leaving the abs behind to get thicker for the winter. Calories are through the roof and training has been insane. (23y/o, 6’7, 251lbs, natural)


I don’t really care about keeping the shreds if I’m not competing so I hit 5000+ kcals from clean food right after my show. I don’t feel like I packed on that much fat but I’m definitely feeling the added food distending my midsection even though my metabolism and digestion have been keeping up well.

As a natty at my size I’m going all in to pack as much mass on my frame as possible. The current plan is to bulk and train all in for about 16 weeks and then so a 6 week cut to reset my sensitivity to food and clean up the look a bit.
