hi, I am try begin to run. But I look my VO2max deficient. It is of 35 and I read that “level” correct is 45. Can I improve it?

VO2max is really important for begins running?

I am 31 years old and weight 68kg.

PD: I was asthma when I was a child. But many years ago do not have attacks.
